School Schedules: Football Moved Up, Other Events Canceled

Football games will be starting early Friday afternoon in Anne Arundel County, but other weekend events are going on as planned.

Due to the inclement weather, AACPS is making the following adjustments to today’s events:

- All varsity football games scheduled for today will be played at 4 p.m.
- All junior varsity football games scheduled for today are canceled.
- All other sporting events may proceed at the discretion of the organizer.
- All other after-school activities can proceed as scheduled at the discretion of the organizer.
At this point, all school-sponsored activities scheduled for Saturday or Sunday, including Homecoming dances and SAT exams, will go on as scheduled.
