Coronavirus Cases Hit AACPS Warehouse: Report

Anne Arundel County Public Schools has notified the Anne Arundel County Department of Health of two positive COVID-19 cases among employees at the school system’s operations supply warehouse in Millersville.

AACPS became aware of the first positive case yesterday and the second positive case today. In alignment with established protocols, both cases were immediately reported to the Department of Health.

AACPS has already alerted known contacts in the first positive case and is working to identify and alert known contacts in the second. The Department of Health has received that information so that its contact tracing unit can carry out its work.

Extensive cleaning is under way at the warehouse, which remains open.
