St. Patrick's Day Parade Celebrates Everything Irish: Photos

Everyone was Irish for the day when the streets of Annapolis filled Sunday with bands, floats, marchers and more.

The Annapolis St. Patrick’s Day Parade – now in its third year -- drew crowds to downtown Sunday to celebrate all things Irish.

Attendees included Maryland Gov. Larry Hogan, Sen. Barbara Mikulski, units from the New York City and Boston Police Departments, and more. Other participants included the Baltimore Ravens mascot, the Greater Baltimore Fire Brigade Pipe and Drum Corps, the Chesapeake Caledonian Pipes and Drums, the Greater Richmond Pipes & Drums, along with bands from Massachusetts and New York City.

The parade’s honorary grand marshal was John Barry, one of the founding fathers for the Washington, D.C., parade.
