ANNAPOLIS, MD — Authorities on Thursday released a photo of a man accused of exposing himself to students and adults outside Maryland Hall and Bates Middle School on Dec. 19. Annapolis Police say the incidents in the 700 and 800 block of Chase Street happened about 4:20 p.m. that day when the suspect exposed himself to two juveniles and a woman in front of Maryland Hall and then exposed himself to two women in the front parking lot of Bates Middle School.

The suspect is described as a Hispanic man in his early 20s, medium height, medium build, and clean shaven. Police say he was last seen wearing a white puffy jacket with a black stripe down each sleeve, dark colored jeans, and white shoes.
