ANNAPOLIS, MD — A stolen pick-up truck abandoned by suspected thieves struck a vacant house Wednesday night, according to Annapolis Police. A 911 caller reported seeing a friend's truck, which had been stolen, being driven in the 1500 block of Forest Drive about 6:20 p.m.
Police started looking for the vehicle and located it being driven in the 1900 block of Copeland Street. When officers tried to stop the vehicle the occupants ran away, letting the vehicle drift into a vacant residence along the street.
