Teen Missing For Week: Annapolis Police
Authorities hope the public can help locate Elmer Perez Flores, missing since Nov. 6.
Annapolis Police are asking the public to help find a teenager missing since Nov. 6.
Police say Elmer Perez Flores is a 16-year-old Hispanic boy last seen in the 1200 block of Ashton Court. Elmer is 5’4’’ and 130lbs with brown eyes and short, curly brown hair.
