The Capital: Snowden Receives Drunken Driving Conviction

The report, published Friday, states that Snowden is now on probation and must pay a fine of $250.

According to a report published on The Capital’s website Friday, a judge for the Anne Arundel County Circuit Court reversed a previous ruling and convicted Carl O. Snowden, civil rights director for the Maryland Attorney General’s Office, of drunken driving.

The story, from reporter Shantee Woodards, states that after receiving a Friday deadline, Snowden chose not to accept a guilty finding or go to trial, and is now on probabtion for 60 days and has to pay a fine of $250.
