Trump Supporters To Parade Around Anne Arundel County

ANNE ARUNDEL COUNTY, MD — The Anne Arundel County Republican Party planned a car parade to support President Donald Trump's reelection. The rallygoers will ride around the county Saturday morning, sporting their Trump memorabilia.

Organizers encourage attendees to decorate their cars with Trump stickers, signs and flags. T-shirts, hats and flags will be on sale at the parade.

"This is a peaceful event," the party said in the parade announcement. "Let's show unity and inclusion for all."

More than 120 people RSVP'd on Facebook by Tuesday at noon. Another 450 said they were interested.

"If met with opposition, do not engage!!" the party said. "This is not a demonstration or a protest!!! It is simply a show of support traveling through Anne Arundel County while obeying all traffic laws."

Maryland will have several Trump car caravans this weekend. Baltimore County, Prince George's County and St. Mary's County have their own parades on tap. Harford County did not orchestrate a car rally, but it did put together a sign waving slated for Saturday.

Anne Arundel County participants will line up at 127 Lubrano Drive in Parole. The party asks attendees to arrive on Saturday by 10:15 a.m. The parade starts at 11 a.m. before splitting into a north county route and a south county path.

The north county bunch will trek through these towns:

• Arnold
• Severna Park
• Pasadena
• Glen Burnie
• Brooklyn
• Linthicum
• Severn
• Odenton
• Crofton

The south county folks will pass through these neighborhoods:

• Crofton
• Davidsonville
• Harwood
• Lothian
• Lothian Woods
• Bristol
• Tracy's Landing
• Deale
• Galesville
• Edgewater
