Vigil Aug. 7 Recognizes Gun Violence Victims In TX, OH, MD

ANNAPOLIS, MD — The Anne Arundel County gun violence prevention task force will be holding a vigil Wednesday, Aug. 7, at 6 p.m. to recognize the recent acts of violence that has shaken the communities of El Paso, Texas, and Dayton, Ohio, along with other victims of gun violence in Anne Arundel County.

Bishop Charles Carroll, co-chair of the task force, will preside during the vigil, which will be held at the Speaker Michael E. Busch Amphitheater at Whitmore Park. The park is located at the intersection of Calvert and Clay streets in Annapolis.
