Week in Review

In our first week up and running, Historic Annapolis Patch went with a water theme. On Monday, we told you about a group of Stand Up Paddlers who are making the fast-growing watersport all the rage in Annapolis. We also told you what businesses were doing to gear up for the U.S. Sailboat and U.S. Powerboat shows. On Thursday, we gave you a sneak peak of the U.S. Sailboat Show in photos, when it was only open to trade members and members of the media. On Friday, we told you about the Chesapeake Region Accessible Boating group, a local nonprofit which works to share the joy of sailing to all.

We kept you in the know with the latest on Navy Football, from discussing the team's identity crisis to its red-zone woes.

We got you motivated to get moving and marching to the beat by telling you about a local high school marching band and about a group of "Wonder Women."

We debated which city gets the name "Naptown."  We told you about the history of the city's Market House through photos and updated you on the latest in the Market House negotiations.

On Thursday and Friday, we kept you updated on all the developments following the arrest of an Annapolis High School student on charges of sexual assault.
