What's Open, Closed in Annapolis on Labor Day?

City of Annapolis government offices will be closed on Monday, Sept. 1, for the Labor Day holiday.

Refuse and recycling collection:

· If you have collection for refuse and recycling on Monday, Sept. 1, it will be collected on Tuesday, Sept. 2.

· If you have collection for refuse and recycling on Tuesday, Sept. 2, will be collected on Wednesday, Sept. 3.

· Bulk items and yard waste will not be collected any time during the week of Sept. 1.

Annapolis Transit:

Annapolis Transit will operate on a Sunday Service schedule, including both Purple Routes. For more information on the schedule, go to http://bit.ly/19Q2Iwa . Annapolis Transit offices will be closed.

Schools:

All Anne Arundel County Public Schools are closed Sept. 1.
