What's Open, Closed On Presidents Day 2018 In Annapolis

Annapolis Transit will operate on a Sunday Service schedule Feb. 19 for the Presidents Day holiday.

ANNAPOLIS, MD — All City of Annapolis government offices will be closed on Monday, Feb. 19, for the Presidents Day holiday, including the Stanton Center. Refuse and recycling collection will not be affected and the Pip Moyer Recreation Center will operate on a normal schedule.

Annapolis Transit will operate on a Sunday Service Schedule for the Purple and Gold routes, as well as the State Shuttle.

All Anne Arundel County Public Schools are closed Monday for the holiday, along with central offices.
Anne Arundel County offices are also closed on Monday for the holiday.

In addition, all Anne Arundel County Senior Activity Centers will be closed Monday for the holiday.

While county landfill and recycling centers are closed on Monday, there are no changes to the collection schedule. Annapolis recycling, garbage and yard trim collections will operate on their normal schedule, according to the city's website.

All Anne Arundel County public libraries are open normal hours and have programs scheduled for Feb. 19.
