Woman Hit By Car On Rt. 50 Ramp, Critically Injured
The fire department responded, where they requested an airlift for the victim to a shock trauma center.

ANNAPOLIS, MD — A pedestrian near Route 2 and Route 50 in Annapolis was struck and suffered critical injuries on Monday afternoon, according to the Anne Arundel County Fire Department.
Firefighters responded to the scene soon after 1:40 p.m., finding a 48-year-old female on the ramp from Route 2 North to Route 50 East and the vehicle, which stayed at the scene after the collision.
The victim was airlifted to the R. Adams Cowley Shock Trauma Center in a Maryland State Police Medevac helicopter with "critical, possibly life-threatening injuries," the fire department said in their daily briefing.
