3 Charged In Pasadena Parking Lot Shooting

Two men and a Pasadena teenager have been arrested for shooting a 21-year-old Severn man in a parking lot, police say.

PASADENA, MD — Two men and a Pasadena teenager have been arrested in the shooting of a 21-year-old Severn man in a Pasadena parking lot. Anne Arundel County Police said Friday that the teen was charged as an adult with attempted murder, armed robbery and assault; the other suspects face armed robbery and assault charges in the case.

The unidentified shooting victim was driven to the emergency room at the Baltimore Washington Medical Center with non-life threatening injuries on Sept. 19. He was shot in the upper body and told officers it occurred while he was standing outside in the 7800 block of Levy Court. The wound was not believed to be life-threatening.

Officers responded to the area of Levy Court and located a possible crime scene where they recovered an unknown-caliber shell casing in the parking lot.

The suspects arrested are: Laqwan Malik Jackson, 21, of Baltimore; Dominick Lee Lattimore, 17, of the 7800 block of Willing Court in Pasadena; and Addison Payton Harvey, 32, of no fixed address.
