It was her experience caring for patients with life-altering neurological conditions that inspired Grodinsky to pursue dedicated training in hospice and palliative care. She went on to complete a Hospice and Palliative Medicine fellowship at MedStar Health Georgetown University/Washington Hospital Center, deepening her ability to support patients and families through some of life's most challenging moments with compassion and expertise.

"We are delighted to welcome Dr. Grodinsky to our team," said Becky Miller, CEO of Hospice of the Chesapeake. "Her background in neurology brings valuable insight into the complex challenges many of our patients and families face. Her decision to dedicate her career to hospice and palliative care reflects the compassion and commitment she brings to every patient she serves. We are grateful for the expertise, kindness and perspective she adds to our team and the care we provide each day"

Grodinsky joins Hospice of the Chesapeake's team of physicians, including Hospice Medical Director and Vice President of Medical Affairs Dr. Thomas Walsh and hospice and palliative physicians Drs. Jennifer Clark, Ruth Gallatin, Susie Kim, Ever Ponciano and Frank Ryan.
