Animal Rescue Seeks To Save Stray Cats In Anne Arundel County
Anyone with information about a stray or homeless cat is encouraged to contact the no-kill Rude Ranch Animal Rescue and help save lives.

ANNE ARUNDEL COUNTY – Rude Ranch Animal Rescue wants to reach out to county residents and help with any stray and homeless cats that have surfaced on front porches and in garages. The ranch is a no-kill shelter that has a cage-free cat sanctuary and a special program called SAVECats.
The SAVECats program vaccinates, spays or neuters stray and homeless cats across the county. Organizers team up with residents who are feeding a stray cat or know of a colony of homeless cats that need help.
“Our goal is to transform Anne Arundel County into a place where animals are no longer killed because they are homeless,” said Katherine Evans Rude, president of Rude Ranch, in a statement provided to Patch.
