Anne Arundel County Offers Free Walk-In Flu Shot Clinics

From Anne Arundel County Department of Health:

Starting October 15, the Anne Arundel County Department of Health will provide seasonal flu vaccinations at walk-in clinics. The injectable vaccine for age six months and older and the high-dose flu shot for age 65 and older will be available. No appointment is required. Although immunizations are free, the department appreciates donations to help pay the cost of administering the vaccines.

The clinics will provide vaccinations on the following dates, at the corresponding locations:

• Saturday, October 15, 10 a.m. - 2 p.m. - Meade Heights Elementary School, 1925 Reece Road, Fort Meade, MD
• Tuesday, October 18, 1 p.m. - 7 p.m.- Health Services Building, 3 Harry S. Truman Parkway, Annapolis, MD
• Thursday, October 20, 8:30 a.m. - noon and 1 p.m. - 4 p.m. - Glen Burnie Health Center, 416 A Street S.W., Glen Burnie, MD *Children and Parents Clinic – Schools are closed on this date.
• Friday, October 21, 8:30 a.m. - noon and 1 p.m. - 4 p.m. - Glen Burnie Health Center, 416 A Street S.W., Glen Burnie, MD or Parole Health Center, 1950 Drew Street, Annapolis, MD *Children and Parents Clinic – Schools are closed on this date.
• Saturday, October 29, 10 a.m. - 2 p.m. - Brooklyn Park Middle School, 200 Hammonds Lane, Brooklyn, MD
• Tuesday, November 1, 1 p.m. - 7 p.m. - Glen Burnie Health Center, 416 A Street S.W., Glen Burnie, MD
• Thursday, November 10, 1 p.m. - 7 p.m. - Health Services Building, 3 Harry S. Truman Parkway, Annapolis, MD
