Armed Robber Holds Up Pasadena Gas Station: Police

A Baltimore County man has been charged with robbing a Pasadena gas station at gunpoint, police say.

PASADENA, MD — A Baltimore County man has been charged with robbing a Pasadena gas station at gunpoint. Anne Arundel County Police say the hold-up happened about 9:24 p.m. Wednesday at the BP gas station located at 300 Mountain Road in Pasadena.

A man who entered the business threatened the employee with the worker believed was a handgun and demanded cash from the register. The clerk turned over the money and the robber fled. Witnesses gave police a description of the suspect, who was located a short time later near Pinewood Road in Pasadena.

Police say the suspect — identified as Justin Lee Dorsey, 26, of the 9800 block of Bird River Road in Middle River — fled when he saw the officers, but he was quickly apprehended.

Dorsey was charged with robbery, armed robbery, second-degree assault, and reckless endangerment.

No injuries were reported as a result of this incident.
