Armed Robbers Hold Up Two Pharmacies In Pasadena

Authorities are asking for leads to find two men who robbed two Pasadena pharmacies at gunpoint.

PASADENA, MD — Anne Arundel County Police are searching for two men who robbed two Pasadena pharmacies at gunpoint less than 15 minutes apart Friday morning. Police were first called to Pace Pharmacy, 8039 Ritchie Highway, about 11:40 a.m., where employees said two suspects entered the store, showed a handgun, and demanded medication and money.

Then at 11:52 a.m., employees at Pasadena Pharmacy, 2932 Mountain Road, reported two suspects entered the store with a handgun, and stole medication and money. Detectives believe the two robberies are related.

Officers, including a police helicopter and canine unit, searched the area, but the suspects were not located.

In both robberies the suspects are described as two black men in their mid-20s, wearing jeans and masks.
