Please join us as we honor our veteran military service members during the Veterans Day commemoration ceremony at Crownsville State Veterans Cemetery on Tuesday, November 11, 2025 at 11:00 a.m. Crownsville Veterans Cemetery is located at 1122 Sunrise Beach Road, Crownsville, MD 21032.
The featured guest speaker for the ceremony will be Sgt. Maj. (Retired) Daniel J. Gile, U.S. Army. Patriotic music will precede and follow the ceremony provided by the Severn Run High School Band. Refreshments after the program will be provided by American Legion Post #7 located at 1905 Crownsville Rd, Annapolis, MD 21401.

The church is located at 1567 Sappington Station Road, Gambrills, MD (across from CVS at the circle of Route 175 and Sappington Station Road). The 11:00 am worship service speaker is Army Retired Lt. Col. John Hawkins who is a Lay Servant at St. Marks United Methodist Church Hanover, MD. Army Ret. Lt. Col. Hawkins is a Bible Study teacher/facilitator, worship leader, and choir member. He also delivers hard copies of newspapers to those without email. We invite you to support members of the Armed Forces - active and retired and their families. The offering on this day will be used to support military families.
