Chesapeake High School Welcomes Class of 2016

The school newsletter offers reminders to the freshman class.

Just months after the it is time to welcome the Class of 2016 to the school.

The Cougar newsletter offers a few tips and reminders for freshmen and their parents to help ensure a successful high school experience.

According to Cougar News, if parents would like to get involved with the Class of 2016 they are encouraged to contact Jennifer Figueroa at jfigueroa@aacps.org or David Grigsby at dgrigsby@aacps.org.

Any students interested in running for Class of 2016 office should also contact Figueroa or Grigsby.

Each member of the class will be asked to play $20 per year in class dues, totaling $80. Students who pay their entire dues for the four years by the end of their freshman year (June 2013) will receive a discount on their senior prom ticket, according to the newsletter. Class dues will begin being collected on Back To School Night.
