Colorfully Dressed Crook Sought By Anne Arundel County Police

PASADENA, MD — Anne Arundel County officers are searching for a suspect who stole cash and gift cards from a business in Pasadena Dec. 7. The man also is suspected of burglarizing another business in the area immediately following the first burglary.

The man was last seen wearing the clothing shown in the photo provided by security cameras and was carrying a shiny multicolored book bag with pink trim along with a yellow/orange vest. Anyone with information regarding the identity of this suspect is asked to contact Officer Rybak at 410-222-6045.

Anne Arundel County officers also are searching for a man they believe robbed the Peace of Crofton store at 1268 Crain Highway in Crofton Dec. 7 at 1:50 p.m. The man was purchasing an item and when the clerk opened the register, the man sprayed the clerk with pepper spray, grabbed cash out of the register and took off running.
