Coronavirus Claims The Life Of Pasadena Home Depot Employee

PASADENA, MD — An employee at the Home Depot store in Pasadena has died from coronavirus-related complications. A spokesperson for the store told WBAL-TV that the employee's last day of work at the Anne Arundel County store was three weeks ago. No other employees have tested positive for the virus.

However, as a precautionary measure, employees disinfected the store. Grief counselors are being made available to store employees. As of Monday morning, Anne Arundel County has a total of 2,492 positive new coronavirus cases, according to the Anne Arundel County Department of Health, and 115 deaths. The state has 33,373 confirmed cases and 1,573 deaths, reports the Maryland Department of Health. More than 6,180 people have been hospitalized.
