Couple Shot To Death In Harwood Identified: Anne Arundel Police
Anne Arundel police have released the names of a man and woman found dead of gunshot wounds in their home. There is no community threat.
HARWOOD, MD — Anne Arundel police on Wednesday released the names of a man and woman found dead of gunshot wounds in their Harwood home on Jan. 22. There is no community threat, the department said in a news release.
The deceased residents are Sharon Ann Waldow, 78, and Mark Edward Waldow, 62, both of the 100 block of Harwood Road.
Officers went to their home to check on the well-being of the Waldows after someone who knew the residents became concerned they had not been seen or heard from for several days. Police found Sharon Waldow dead on the main level of the home, and Mark Waldow deceased on the lower level of the home.

Both residents had apparent gunshot wounds, authorities said.
The bodies were taken to the Office of the Chief Medical Examiner for autopsy, and police said the shootings appear to be domestic.

There is no threat to the community, officials said.
