According to the Pascal Senior Activity Center:
Chefs on the Go Sue Latini and Rosalie Falter will present a demonstration on Great British Cooking at 10 a.m. Thursday, June 23, at the Pascal Senior Activity Center. On the menu will be Queen Victoria’s Soup, Collops with Mushrooms and Onions, and Sister Agatha’s Rhubard Crumble.
The cooking demonstration will explore English cuisine, history and traditions. Attendees will be able to sample menu items. The cost is $3 at registration to cover food supplies. Space is limited.
