The Hotel, Culinary Arts and Tourism (HCAT) Institute will host their Open House on January 5th at 6 pm in their Glen Burnie location. This is an opportunity to learn about the HCAT program, meet instructors, sample treats made by HCAT students and begin the admissions process.
