Abby Mack:
Probably my freshman year, just kind of being welcomed into high school and the new experience and everything. Plus my brother was here as a senior so that was really cool to share the experience.

Pasadena Patch: What are your plans for after high school?
Mack:
I am going to a school in Pennsylvania it is called Millersville University. I’ll be playing lacrosse there. I visited the school a few times and I found myself comparing a lot of schools back to that campus and I just felt the most comfortable there. I am going to major in elementary education.

Pasadena Patch: What are you most looking forward to in college?
Mack:
Just the new experience and the new chapter in life.

Pasadena Patch: What was your favorite class that you took while at Chesapeake?
Mack:
Child development. That’s just what I am most interested in and comfortable in. I liked getting to play with the preschoolers and being around kids.

Pasadena Patch: Who was your favorite teacher at Chesapeake?
Mack:
Mrs. Fig [Jennifer Figueroa] my child development teacher. She was very helpful plus she is just a great teacher all around. She is always there for advice and just helped a lot with progression towards the elementary education program.
