Northeast High Plans Meeting for New Scoreboard

Those interested in helping the school reach their goal can attend the meeting at the Greene Turtle on Monday night.

will be holding a meeting Monday night at the to discuss plans for a new Daktronics scoreboard for the football field.

Northeast athletic director Ken Miller said the meeting will serve as a marketing presentation to local business about the new video message board they hope to install on the football field. The new scoreboard will cost between $80,000 and $90,000 and Miller said they hope to finance the project over the next five years.

Both the boosters and athletic department for Northeast High School are excited to begin the process of funding the scoreboard this evening. The meeting will start at 7 p.m. Monday at the Greene Turtle in Pasadena.
