Pasadena Driver Dies In One Vehicle Accident Near Salisbury

PASADENA, MD —A 19-year-old from Pasadena has died in a one-vehicle accident in Wicomico County the night of July 6. The incident occurred on the Southbound Salisbury Bypass north of Jersey Road near Salisbury just before 9 p.m. Saturday, authorities say.

According to Maryland State Police, Nicholas Andrew Reisell lost control of his pick-up truck, ran off the road and crashed into two trees. He was thrown from his vehicle and pronounced dead at the scene by emergency responders.

A passenger in the front seat, 19-year-old Ellie Lynne Iosbaker also of Pasadena, sustained serious injuries and was taken to Peninsula Regional Medical Center in Salisbury.
