Pasadena Man Sought For Attempted Murder After Knife Fight
A Pasadena man is sought for attempted murder and other charges after he allegedly cut a man in a fight, police say.

PASADENA, MD — Anne Arundel County Police are asking for the public's help in tracking down a Pasadena man sought on an attempted murder charge that stems from a knife fight. Joshua Duane Shifflett, 30, of Pasadena, is accused of fighting with another man about a woman Friday night in the 7700 block of West Shore Road in Pasadena.
The victim told police that during the dispute Shifflett used a knife to cut him. The suspect then drove away, and officers who searched the area did not find Shifflett.
Authorities say the victim was taken to Maryland Shock Trauma, where he was treated and released for cuts to his legs and chest. Shifflett has active warrants for attempted murder, first-degree assault, second-degree assault, and related charges.
