PASADENA, MD — Anne Arundel County police made another cocaine-related arrest Tuesday in Pasadena. That was the second straight day with a cocaine infraction in the town. Both incidents involved a 17-year-old.

Police say they discovered the suspected cocaine during a traffic stop around 9 p.m. Officers pulled a car over in the area of Liberty Circle and Whitaker Road. As they approached the car, they saw drug paraphernalia laying on the floor, according to an incident report.

A primary search of the vehicle found a small amount of suspected cocaine, the report alleges. Police then arrested all three of the car's occupants and took them to the station for processing. Officers say they then found suspected crack-cocaine in the pants of one of the accused men.

After police processed the men, officers returned to the suspects' car. A second search found more suspected crack-cocaine stuffed in the seat.

The Anne Arundel County Police Department says it recovered 19 bags containing 4.22 grams of suspected crack-cocaine valued at $190. Police also claim to have seized 2 bags filled with 2.62 grams of suspected cocaine worth $262. Officers accuse the men of having five oxycodone pills that together weighed 0.96 grams and could sell for $125.

Police finally claimed to have found a digital scale with drug residue on it, a gel capsule with suspected drug residue and $1,054 in cash.

Officers arrested Pasadena man Montrelle Alusine Musa, who they say was the driver. Musa, 22, faces a felonious charge of drug possession with the intent to distribute. He is also up against two counts of possessing a drug that isn't marijuana and one charge of possessing drug paraphernalia, both of which are misdemeanors.

Musa was released after posting $3,500 bail. He has a bail hearing Thursday morning. Musa's case does not yet list a trial date.

Police also arrested Pasadena man Dominick Lee Lattimore, who they say was a passenger. Lattimore, 20, is charged with one count of drug possession with the intent to distribute, which is a felony. Police also accuse Lattimore of possessing drug paraphernalia and a drug that isn't marijuana, both of which are misdemeanors.

Officers released Lattimore on recognizance. His case does not have a posted trial date either.

Anne Arundel County police also arrested a 17-year-old. They gave the teenager a juvenile citation. It's not clear whether this was the same minor involved in Monday's drug bust, which took place outside a Pasadena Royal Farms.
