Q&A: Bodkin Elementary Student Kaya Panzer

Patch caught up with first-grader Kaya Panzer during lunch at  to ask her a few questions.

Pasadena Patch: What is your favorite thing about school?
Kaya Panzer: I like learning science. We learned about scientists and how people make things.

Pasadena Patch: What is something you learned recently in school?
Kaya: We talked about the food chain. We also learned about the weather and meteorologists. I really liked that.

Pasadena Patch: What do you like to do for fun?
Kaya: I like to climb on the monkey bars. My hands are all blistered up, but I am learning how to skip a bar. That’s fun.

Pasadena Patch: What is your favorite thing about Bodkin Elementary School?
Kaya: Seeing my friends is my favorite part. I get to talk to them at lunch and play with them at recess.

Pasadena Patch: What do you want to be when you grow up?
Kaya: I want to be a teacher.
