Q&A: Bodkin Elementary Student Reina Patolia
Reina Patolia, 9, is a rising fourth-grader at Bodkin Elementary School.

Patch caught up with rising fourth-grader Reina Patolia, 9, to ask her a few questions about the end of the school year, and her summer plans.
Pasadena Patch: What is something you learned this year?
Reina Patolia: I learned cursive and division. When writing in cursive, you have to keep all of the letters connected.
Pasadena Patch: What was your favorite part of this school year?
Reina: I went to the Washington, DC, zoo. I liked all of the different snakes. We went there in May.

Pasadena Patch: What are you most looking forward to next year?
Reina: I am looking forward to playing a band instrument and doing more challenging work.
Pasadena Patch: What are you going to do over your summer vacation?
Reina: I am going to Six Flags and to Virginia Beach. I am also going to read a lot. I like A to Z mystery novels.

Pasadena Patch: What are you going to miss most about school during the summer?
Reina: I am going to miss my teacher and my friends. I am also going to miss learning new things because everyday my math teacher teaches me something new.
