Q&A: Eagle Cove School Student Maya Kang
Maya Kang, 10, is a fourth-grader at Eagle Cove School.

Patch caught up with fourth-grader Maya Kang, 10, to ask her a few questions about the end of the school year, and her summer plans.
Pasadena Patch: What is something you learned this year?
Maya Kang: A lot of things. I liked learning about the Colonial times. We went on a field trip where we got to try on clothes from the Colonial times. We also got to see what a lot of the houses were like.
Pasadena Patch: What was your favorite part of this school year?
Kang: All of the field trips because we went on a lot. Also, when we got the iPads. They are so fun. We even got some education apps on them.

Pasadena Patch: What are you most looking forward to next year?
Kang: Personally, I get to do a lot of fun stuff in fifth grade. I will get to go on field trips with my mom. Also, the younger kids look up to us now and we should be ready to take on those responsibilities if we don’t talk too much.
Pasadena Patch: What are you going to do over your summer vacation?
Kang: We are going to California to see my cousins Brandon and Winston. Let me show you a picture—he is so cute.
