Severn Walmart Robbed By Man Claiming to Have Gun: Nearby News
A man gave a Walmart employee a note demanding cash and warning that he was armed, Anne Arundel County Police say.

Authorities are searching for a man who reportedly robbed the Severn Walmart store claiming to be armed.
Police were called to the Walmart Superstore at 407 George Clauss Blvd. in Severn Friday night for a report of an armed robbery.
A 19-year-old store employee told Anne Arundel County Police a man told her he was armed and demanded cash from the register.

The employee complied with the suspect’s demands and he fled the store with an undisclosed amount of money.
Police say the woman was not injured. Officers searched the area for the suspect but didn’t find him.

The suspect is described as a black man, 25 to 30 years old, about 5’5” in height with a slim build.
