UM BWMC Nursing and Allied Health Scholarship Recipients Named

Congratulations to the University of Maryland Baltimore Washington Medical Center's Nursing and Allied Health Scholarship recipients. On Wednesday, July 31, the Baltimore Washington Medical Center Foundation awarded $30,000 to 25 UM BWMC associates who demonstrate a commitment to learning and continue to lead by example in their departments. Scholarships are awarded on an annual basis to hospital associates who need support to complete degree programs, meet professional qualifications or to enter a nursing or allied health field. Since 1997, the fund has awarded over $420,000 to employees. A special thanks to our donors who make this scholarship possible, including St. John Properties and the UM BWMC Medical Staff.
