13-Year-Old Girl Has Been Found: Police

A critically missing girl from Halethorpe has been found, police reported.

HALETHORPE, MD — The 13-year-old girl from the Halethorpe area who does not speak English has been found, according to authorities. Police in Baltimore County reported on Friday afternoon that Wendy Bustillo had been located and was reunited with her family; she had been reported missing Tuesday.

PREVIOUS REPORT - Authorities are asking for help locating a teen who disappeared Tuesday night. Police said that the 13-year-old girl does not speak English.

Wendy Bustillo, 13, of the 2700 block of Arbutus Avenue, was reported missing at 7 p.m. on Tuesday, Oct. 3, according to authorities.

Bustillo is described as an Hispanic girl who is 5 feet tall and 100 pounds. She has been in the United States for two months and does not speak English, police reported.
