Apartment Fire Reported In Arbutus Area

ARBUTUS, MD — Firefighters said there was heavy smoke coming from an apartment Tuesday afternoon in Arbutus. Crews responded to the apartment blaze, which was near Oaklee off Wilkens Avenue.

The fire was in the 1000 block of Arion Park Road, according to the Arbutus Volunteer Fire Department.

Crews were at the scene around 3:30 p.m., the fire company reported.
