Arbutus, Maryland — Maryland is home to students who are showing up, standing out and making a real impact in their schools and communities. To celebrate them, Patch and T-Mobile have partnered to spotlight local students excelling in academics, athletics, the arts and beyond.

Mia is a super great kid and is also a grade A student all through middle school. She excels in basketball, winning MVP for St. Mark in Catonsville. Her lacrosse career stems from an early age, and she has been accepted into Roland Park Country School this fall. Mia is a joiner and loves people; she belongs to the NHS and chorus and plays tennis for Arbutus Middle School. She definitely deserves this honor.
