Baltimore County Police: Critical Missing Man In Cockeysville

Baltimore County police are asking for the public's help in locating a missing Cockeysville man who was last seen Monday at 12pm. Michael Kramer is 55 years-old, stands 6'0, 180lbs, with unknown clothing. His last known location was near the Pretty Boy Reservoir in the 3400 block of Beckleysville Road. He is known to frequent Warrener's Tavern in Baltimore County, Harford County & Glen Rock, PA. Kramer may be in emotional distress.
