Baltimore County Police: Homicide Detectives Investigate Suspicious Death On Hines Rd

August 23, 2021

Just after 12 p.m., on August 19, 2021, officers with the Baltimore County Police Department responded to the 9200 block of Hines Road to check the welfare of the occupant. Upon gaining entry into the residence, officers located 91-year-old Norman Albert deceased.

Homicide detectives are investigating this case and ask anyone who may have information to contact police by calling 410-307-2020. Callers may remain anonymous and may be eligible for a reward when submitting tips through Metro Crime Stoppers.

Metro Crime Stoppers of Maryland, an organization that is separate from the Baltimore County Police Department and Baltimore County Government, offers rewards of up to $2,000 for information that leads to the arrest and charges in connection with felony offenses.
