Crash Closes Route 1 in Halethorpe: Officials
BREAKING: Drivers should avoid a stretch of Washington Boulevard Wednesday afternoon because of a crash.
HALETHORPE, MD — A stretch of US 1/Washington Boulevard is shut down in Halethorpe Wednesday afternoon due to a crash. The collision involved two vehicles, officials reported.
The crash occurred on Route 1 in the area of Northeast Avenue/Ridge Road at approximately 3:15 p.m., according to state transportation officials.
Route 1 is closed between Ridge Avenue and Sulphur Spring Road.
