Have You Seen This Lansdowne Woman?

Police said she disappeared from Bero Road on Wednesday after assault occurred at her apartment.

One person was taken to the hospital and two others are missing after a barricade situation in Lansdowne Wednesday morning, according to the Baltimore County Police Department.

At 7:30 a.m. on Wednesday, authorities responded to the 3000 block of Bero Road in Lansdowne, where a man had been stabbed in the parking lot, police reported. He was taken to an area hospital for medical attention, officials said. He has since been released and is expected to survive his injuries, police reported Thursday.

The victim said that the suspect went into an apartment and a woman may also be inside, police reported.

Members of the tactical team went into an apartment where they anticipated finding the suspect and a woman, both of whom were nowhere to be found, according to the report.

Authorities have obtained a warrant for Rony Leonel Deleon, 28, of the 3000 block of Bero Road, charging him with first and second-degree assault with intent to injure using a dangerous weapon, police said.

Officials are also asking for the public’s help in locating Damaris Nohemi Calderon-Chavez, 24, who lives at the residence where the barricade occurred in the 3000 block of Bero Road. Officials said she and Deleon are romantically involved and they want to confirm that she was not harmed.

Calderon-Chavez is a Hispanic woman who is 5’5” and 140 pounds with black hair and brown eyes, according to police, who said it was unknown where she may be headed. She does not have a car, according to police.

Officials said that it was not clear what the relationship was among the victim, Deleon and Calderon-Chavez.
