Man Shot To Death In Lansdowne Parking Lot: Police

LANDSDOWNE, MD — A man was fatally shot in Lansdowne Monday night, according to police.
Mark Antonio Gibbs, 32, of the 2400 block of Hollins Ferry Road, was found in the parking lot of an apartment complex in the unit block of Silerton Road, police reported. Officers were called to respond there for a shooting at 11:45 p.m. when they found the victim.
Gibbs, who had been shot at least once in the upper body, was pronounced deceased at the scene, according to authorities.

While a suspect has not been identified, police said that investigators think Gibbs was targeted.
