One Dead After Arbutus Crash: Police
Two vehicles collided and one hit a parked car in fatal crash on Westland Boulevard, Baltimore County police said.

ARBUTUS, MD – A 24-year-old woman died after a crash in Arbutus Tuesday morning, according to the Baltimore County Police Department.
Jessica Lauren Bowen, of the 4700 block of Amberly Avenue, was driving a Chevrolet Cobalt in the 5100 block of Westland Boulevard before 6:30 a.m. when she crossed into oncoming traffic and hit another vehicle head-on, police reported.
Bowen had been driving east on Westland Boulevard and struck a westbound Dodge Ram van, which then crashed into a parked car, according to police.

According to police, Bowen was taken to St. Agnes Hospital and pronounced deceased.
The driver of the Ram was taken to the University of Maryland Shock Trauma Center, where police said his condition was unknown.

Officials said the crash investigation may take several weeks.
