Light Rail Service is Suspended
Maryland Transit Administration says snow clearing disrupted service Monday, Jan. 25.

BALTIMORE, MD – Light rail service has been suspended until further notice, the Maryland Transit Administration announced at 11 a.m. on Monday.
Maintenance crews are working to remove snow and restore service on the tracks.
Transit officials attributed the suspension of service to snow clearing issues.

According to The Baltimore Sun, crews had cleared the rails, but city plows pushed 6 feet of snow onto the tracks afterward.
