BALTIMORE, MD — One man is dead and another is in police custody after both went into Baltimore's Inner Harbor on Sunday in two separate incidents, according to a report.
CBS Baltimore reports a 48-year-old man jumped into the water and hid beneath a bridge after a fight in the Canton area over a stolen motorcycle around 1 p.m.
The second separate incident took place after 3 p.m. in the 1300 block of Lancaster Street and involved two men who had also been in a fight. One man managed to make it out of the water, but the other did not.
