Birthday limo blowup leads to explosives indictment in Baltimore County (foxbaltimore.com) โ A Baltimore County grand jury has indicted Hans Richard Wilhelmsen III on arson and explosives charges after authorities say a July explosion destroyed his Cadillac limousine and scattered debris around his Phoenix property. The case, now moving through county courts, raises safety concerns about large quantities of explosives stored in residential areas near Baltimore.
