$10.4M Sale Of Edgewood Plaza Finalized, 94 Acres Bought For Housing In Aberdeen

Two big real estate transactions happened in Harford Co. recently, including the $10.4M sale of Edgewood Plaza and the purchase of 94 acres.

HARFORD COUNTY, MD — A real estate investment company has purchased 94 acres in Aberdeen that's zoned for housing. The section of land, called the Robinhood Parcel, is located off Robinhood Road and north of Pulaski Highway.

Walton Global, the purchaser, owns 10 other assets in Maryland, most in Prince George's County. The company said in a press release that it "is continuing to search for additional land acquisition opportunities throughout the area."

KLNB has brokered the $10.4 million sale of Edgewood Plaza, a retail center located in Edgewood. Food Lion anchors the 76,000-square-foot property. Dollar General also is a tenant at the property, which was 96 percent leased at the time of sale.
