$100K Lotto Winner Bought Ticket In Hickory

Someone who bought a lottery ticket at the Hickory Wawa has yet to claim the six-figure prize, according to Maryland Lottery officials.

HICKORY, MD — Did you buy a lottery ticket at the Hickory Wawa recently? The Maryland Lottery reports the store on Conowingo Road sold a $100,000 Card Cash ticket that has yet to be claimed.

The winner purchased the ticket Monday, Dec. 30, at Wawa at 3530 Conowingo Road.

Card Cash is a poker game where a player tries to match five numbers in a daily drawing or flip a pair of Jacks or better.

As of Monday, the Maryland Lottery said the winner had not come forward.

The $100,000 prize is the top possible amount one can win playing Card Cash. There are smaller prizes for matching fewer numbers. The odds of winning the grand prize are 1 in 2,598,960, according to the Maryland Lottery.
